7 Minute HIIT Workout

I’m sure many of you heard of a HIIT workout.

If you haven’t, it’s definitely something should you start incorporating to your everyday workout routine.

HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training. Whether you’re an everyday gym goer, or you’re just getting started, try this 7 minute HIIT workout to switch up your routine.

Do each exercise for 30 seconds at high intensity, followed by a 10 second rest. Repeat the circuit up to 3 times for a total of 7 minutes.
