Have a rough weekend? Or just need a good cleanse? Here’s a simple recipe for a detox water to help flush out impurities. Doing this also helps maintain a flat belly. This is easy, simple, and it helps me drink more water, which I’m not always good at. I’m not always the best at that. Anyways, heres the recipe. Hope you enjoy!!
10-12 mint leaves
3 quarts water
This is very easy to prepare. Simply slice up the lemons and cucumber into a pitcher and add the mint. Fill the pitcher with 3 quarts of water and let sit over night.
Easy as that. Don’t use this to replace any meals though. I do this at least 3 times a week along with working out. I also eat healthy throughout the week.
