Well, studies show it’s quite simple really. I’m sure many of you have seen this list before, but if you haven’t then here it is.

I’m sure you’re thinking, “It’s almost too easy…” Well it is! If you just follow these 10 (well I guess you can count the last as 11), steps, you’ll see a significant and more positive change in your life.

- Drink plenty of water. Again, another crucial thing to our well being.
- Get more exercise. Obviously this keeps us healthy, but it also makes us feel good both mentally and physically. It also helps greatly reduce stress.
- Read more. Reading helps relax and calm you. I love to read.
- Clean more often. Living in a clean and uncluttered home helps reduce stress and anxiety. Clutter can lead to overwhelming feelings.
- Get more organized. This goes along with number 5.
- Explore more. Adventures can be carefree and fun!
- Relax more. Meditate. All this will reduce stress and improve your overall happiness to help you have a better life.
- Be more patient. With everyone and everything. This will calm you greatly.
- And last but not least, forget doing “more.”
