I live a very happy and blessed life, which is why I was inspired to make a daily checklist for a healthy life.
Whenever I’m down or bothered, I always like to tell myself, “things could be worse.” I’m engaged to a great guy, I have amazing friends and family, and I’m happy and healthy with a roof over my head and food on my table.
I’m not using this time to gloat about how great my life is, I just want people to find the good in everything and appreciate even the small things.
Nowadays, many people take everything for granted. I just want to share a daily checklist for a healthy life, to always remember to be thankful everyday you wake up, and remember always think of the positives and stay positive.
Life can be rough and sometimes get you down, but just remember things could always be worse. I hope this checklist helps or continues to leave you grateful everyday for everything you have.
Here’s our checklist to remind you daily to be happy and grateful, and of course lead to a healthy life and a happy life!
- Drink lots of water
- Be sure to eat a fruit, veggie or both at every meal
- Have good posture, all the time
- Take a break or moment everyday to just stop and stretch
- Be sure work up a sweat
- Always take the stairs, and walk or bike as well
- Try your very hardest to get 8 hours of sleep a night
- Always remember to laugh and smile
So easy right!? I love these tips. Once you start becoming aware of these tips and make them a routine in your daily lifestyle, you’ll find yourself feeling better, happier and more healthy. These are great tips as well for those who sit at a desk all day for work. Keep these in mind and make your day just a little bit easier.
