Time to start your day with a delicious sunshine smoothie.
This sunshine smoothie is not only extremely tasty, but it’s good for you too! It has lots of vitamins in it and even some protein. I just got a new blender and was so happy to try this smoothie out first with it. Definitely a success.
Here’s the simple recipe for this sunshine smoothie.
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup organic frozen mixed berries
- 1 orange, peeled and in segments
- 4-6 oz organic vanilla greek yogurt
- Put all ingredients in a blender and blend together. That’s it!
I added some ice to mine and also a little bit of almond milk so it wouldn’t be so thick. It still tasted fantastic. I don’t even like greek yogurt, but you can’t even taste it. Give this sunshine smoothie a try to brighten your day!
