Pumpkin coffee time is here!
Yay pumpkin! Sometimes I just can’t get enough of it. Especially in my coffee. I buy the pumpkin coffee creamer from the store, but it begins to get costly with as much as I use. Of course Starbucks has their pumpkin spice latte, but that can get costly too, more so than buying your own coffee creamer.
I have a solution for you to fix all these problems. Here’s a simple recipe for a yummy homemade pumpkin coffee creamer for you. Why not give it a try!?
- 2 cups milk
- 4 Tbsp canned pumpkin
- 1 tsp ground pumpkin pie spice
- 4 Tbsp light maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla or almond extract
- 2 packets of truvia, splenda, or your choice of sugar.
Just grab a reusable jar of some sort, like an old pasta sauce jar, and combine all the above ingredients. Shake or stir the contents of the jar to mix everything up. Heat the jar of creamer, uncovered, in a microwave for 2 minutes. Stir the pumpkin coffee creamer on occasion and let cool to room temperature. Then just simply cover it with a lid and place in the refrigerator. Enjoy! Let me know what you think!
